Most requirements do not match a standard part. ORBNEX Optic works from the deployment — the cabinets, the pathway, the labeling scheme, the install sequence — and configures assemblies around it with manufacturing partners.
ORBNEX Optic specifies, configures, and documents. Manufacturing is carried out by partners under an agreed configuration.
How it works
From requirement to delivered configuration.
Each step produces something the next one depends on. Nothing is built until the configuration it is built from has been agreed in writing.

Requirement
Send what you have — a bill of materials, cable schedule, drawing, port map, or a description of the deployment. A partial requirement is a fine starting point; the response asks for anything essential that is missing rather than assuming it.

Configuration
The requirement becomes a configuration: family, construction, fiber mode and count, jacket option, connector interface, polarity, length, labeling, and packaging. Anything ambiguous is resolved here rather than discovered on site.

Review
The configuration is checked against what manufacturing partners can supply and what supporting documentation exists. Where a value depends on documentation that has not been reviewed and approved, it is identified as pending rather than assumed.

Quotation
Pricing, availability, and delivery are confirmed with the quotation, against the configuration that was agreed. Nothing is committed before this point.

First article
Where a configuration will be repeated, a first article can be produced and approved before the rest is built. It is the cheapest place to find a labeling error or a polarity misunderstanding.

Build and documentation
Assemblies are built to the agreed configuration and documented against it, with revision and issue date recorded. Packaging and labeling follow the deployment plan rather than a default.

- Labeling schemes designed to be readable without the original plan
Deployment
- Packaging grouped by cabinet, room, row, or phase
- Pre-labeled deployment kits
- Serialized assemblies traceable to their configuration record
- Delivery sequenced to the installation plan
Manufacturing
How ORBNEX Optic works with partners.
ORBNEX Optic does not own production. Assemblies are built by manufacturing partners against a configuration agreed in advance, and that arrangement is stated plainly rather than obscured.
The configuration is the contract
What a partner builds is defined by the agreed configuration, not by a verbal brief. That is what makes a repeated build repeatable and a discrepancy identifiable.
Qualification is in development
ORBNEX Optic is developing a documented qualification and traceability framework for approved products and manufacturing partners. It is described as in development because that is its current state.
Documentation follows the assembly
Technical documentation is issued for the configuration that was agreed, with its revision and issue date recorded, rather than published as a general catalog.
