ORBNEX Optic is a division of ORBNEX LLC. This page describes what this website does with information. It is deliberately specific to this site as it exists today rather than written to cover features it does not have.

The short version
This website collects nothing. It has no analytics, no cookies, no forms that submit anywhere, and no accounts. The only information ORBNEX receives is what you choose to put in an email you send yourself.
No analytics, advertising, or tracking
This site loads no analytics, no advertising network, no tag manager, no session recorder, and no social embed. There is no first-party or third-party tracking of any kind.
No cookies are set
This site sets no cookies. Nothing in your browser's storage is written by ORBNEX Optic. Because no cookies are set, no cookie banner or consent mechanism is presented.
No forms submit to a server
There is no server-side form handling on this site and no account, login, or user profile. Where a page offers to build an enquiry, it composes a message in your own email application; nothing you type is transmitted to ORBNEX until you choose to send that message yourself.
Web fonts are requested from Google Fonts
Typefaces are loaded from fonts.googleapis.com and fonts.gstatic.com. Making that request discloses your IP address and browser details to Google, which is inherent to loading a third-party resource. No other external service is contacted by this site.
Hosting and server logs
This site is served as static files by Cloudflare Pages. Like any web host, Cloudflare processes connection data such as IP address, user agent, and requested URL in order to serve and protect the site. That processing is governed by Cloudflare's own terms rather than by this document.
Information you send by email
If you email [email protected], ORBNEX receives whatever that message contains — your address, your name if you give it, and any attachment such as a bill of materials or drawing. It is used to answer the enquiry and to prepare a configuration or quotation, and it is retained in the mailbox as ordinary business correspondence. It is not sold, and it is not added to a marketing list without a separate opt-in.
Requesting deletion or a copy
Email [email protected] and describe what you are asking for. Because this site holds no database, any such request concerns email correspondence only.
